Being certified ORGANIC means that our controls are added to those carried out by control bodies throughout the production chain, from raw materials to packaged products. This becomes a fundamental guarantee for the end consumer

Tra Between August and September, our harvest begins, which is done by hand. Nets are placed under the trees while the workers, through the method of beating, let the fruits fall inside. Once this phase is completed, the almonds are removed from the hull and dried in the sun for about 3-5 days

A product mainly known in pastry making and for refining first and second courses typical of Mediterranean cuisine, today almonds are included in any healthy diet for their nutritional properties.
